Resending order confirmation emails
- Firstly, login to your Selz account.
- When you’re in your account, click on Orders along the left side of your dashboard:
- Once you click Orders, select a category from the drop-down for the order
- You can also click All and use the search bar on the order page to look through your orders depending on your order volume
- Once your find the order, click on the More button to the right of the ‘Send Message’ button within the order details page and click on Send Invoice
- Once you click on Send Invoice, you’ll see a confirmation at the top of your screen and your buyer will receive a new email receipt
