If your card expires, or we’re unable to process payment for apps or plans to the card on file, we will request that your card details be updated.
You might receive an email that looks something like this:
Updating your card details for app or plan purchases
You can update your card details by clicking on the button within the email that says ‘Update payment details‘.
You can also do it manually, following these steps:
- Log into your Selz account
- Click on Settings > Billing
- Click on the Payment Details tab and update your credit card details
- Click Save
We will then try to process your app and / or plan purchase to the card on file.
