Life is ever-evolving, and so are your products! We realize that not everyone has products that they set and forget – tutors, game developers, writers and coaches are just some of the professions that require an easy way to send updates to their customers without making them buy a newer version. Perhaps you have a product with ever changing content, or you’ve simply updated an old product with a new file.
By using the Selz Product Update feature you can add, remove and switch files, and send an update to your previous customers. Here’s how it works.
Updating a digital product file
- Log into your Selz account and click on Items
- Find the item you want to update and click on Options on the item tile
- Remove or add your new files, then choose if you’d like to notify and give access to previous customers who bought this product. Just check the box that says Send file updates and leave a customized message if you wish.
- Your customers will receive an email like the one below letting them know about your update and they’ll be able to easily download your new file.
